What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of your pet from your phone or camera works great. The sharper the original, the better your portrait turns out. Avoid screenshots and images saved from social media.
Can I personalize a gift for someone else?
Yes. For text pieces, enter their details exactly as they should read. If you're unsure how a name is spelled, check with someone in the family before you order. For a pet portrait, you only need a clear photo of their pet.
