At Tailored Wall Expressions], each piece is crafted with heartfelt intention and personalized just for you. Because of the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you experience an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

💬 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the store.

  • You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.

  • Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos if applicable.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following items are not eligible for refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Address signs

  • Any custom text

  • Items with photo or name personalization

✅ Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out right away! We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly—whether that’s a refund or replacement. Defective or incomplete designs on custom orders may be exchanged for store credit upon our approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also include a photo of item and the issue it has.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We do not accept returns on  items that were purchased by mistake  or no longer wanted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All items listed as on sale or clearance can not be refunded or exchanged. All sales are final.


Exchanges


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
