  • Type it just as you want it to read.
  • Check spelling, numbers, and spacing twice.
  • Keep it short. Fewer characters can mean bigger, bolder letters.
Address signsYour house number and street name, or your family name.
Family name and custom text signsYour family name, or the short message you want.
MonogramsPick your letter, then add your last name if the page asks for it.
State signsThe name, city, or address you want with your state.

Pick a photo like this

Do
  • Use a clear, in-focus, well-lit photo.
  • Show faces (or your pet's eyes) fully, looking toward the camera.
  • Keep everyone you want in the portrait in the same photo.
  • Upload the original from your phone or camera (JPG or PNG).
Don't
  • Use blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos.
  • Cover faces with sunglasses, hats, or objects.
  • Upload screenshots or images saved from social media.

What if I make a mistake?
Contact us right away with your order number. Each piece is made to order, so changes are only possible before production starts.
How long will it take?
Every piece is made to order. You'll find current production and shipping times in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized pieces are made just for you, so please read our Refund Policy before you order.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo from your phone or camera works great. The sharper the original, the better your portrait turns out. Avoid screenshots and images saved from social media.
Can I personalize a gift for someone else?
Yes. Just enter their details. If you're unsure how a name is spelled, check with someone in the family before you order.
