Ordering & Personalization

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Most of our products are fully customizable. You can personalize names, monograms, addresses, colors, and more directly on the product page. Just fill in the personalization fields before adding to your cart.

How do I know my personalization was received correctly?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details including any personalization you entered. If anything looks incorrect, contact us immediately at our contact page so we can make corrections before production begins.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

We begin production quickly, so changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible via our contact page.

Production & Turnaround

How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 3–7 business days. Custom and personalized items may take slightly longer. During peak seasons (holidays, Father's Day, etc.) production times may be extended — we'll always communicate any delays.

Do you offer rush production?

All of our products are made to order, So we  are  beholding to our production partners time line.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping options may be available — contact us for details.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page. We'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

Because our products are made to order and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us right away and we'll send a replacement at no charge. We stand behind every order.

How do I hang my metal wall art?

How do I care for my metal art?

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For outdoor pieces, occasional light cleaning will keep them looking their best.
